Factory Reset SONOS ONE using the following procedure:

• Unplug the power cord from your Sonos device.
• Press and hold the Join button.
• While holding the button, reconnect the power cord.
• Continue holding the Join button until the Status light begins flashing amber and white.
• Once the factory reset process has completed, the light will flash green.
