Although harsh and aggressive for full-range audio, silver-plated conductors enhance intelligibility and articulation when used for subwoofers, resulting in a cost-effective way of manufacturing very high-quality subwoofer cables.
• Polyethylene Air-Tube Insulation: Because air absorbs next to no energy and Polyethylene has a benign distortion profile, Polyethylene Air-Tube Insulation, with its high air content, causes much less of the out-of-focus effect common to other materials. The result is clearer, more coherent sound.
• Carbon-Based Multi-Layer Noise-Dissipation: AudioQuest’s Noise-Dissipation technology significantly reduces the RF Noise that reaches active circuits and causes masking effects.
