Murano is the smallest of Cabasse's large coaxial loudspeakers. Exceptional in all registers and designed and assembled in our workshops in France, it offers a luxurious and meticulous finish.

Coaxial BC13 Midrange-Tweeter

At the heart of the TC23 triaxial loudspeaker which equips our flagship systems “La Sphère” and “L’Océan” is the BC13. Assembled and tested in French workshops, it guarantees a perfect timbre fidelity, without artifice or auditory fatigue, with an unequaled depth and soundstage realism. It is equipped with a new aluminium waveguide specifically designed to work optimally with the Murano woofer.

Honeycomb Dome Woofer

The new 17ND36 bass driver is specifically developed for Murano. In order to deliver deep yet tight and fast bass in a small loudspeaker our engineers have miniaturised the concept of La Sphère’s (Cabasse’s flagship product) 55cm woofer. The concave honeycomb membrane offers great rigidity and excellent damping which enables a large excursion without deformation. Guided by a long voice coil in the 45mm deep air gap of a 4-kilogram oversized motor, this driver gives Murano’s bass the crystal purity and strength.

HDSE Filters

The Cabasse measuring protocol in the anechoic chamber takes into account measurements on the listening axis and at 360° for perfect control of the directivity and global power output in keeping with the Cabasse HDSE principle (Homogeneous Distribution of the Sonic Energy). Direct and reflected sounds are homogeneous, the soundstage is wide and stable.

Abyss

This stereo amplifier, which takes its name from the maritime universe dear to Cabasse, illustrates the mystery of the unexplored depths and contains the latest algorithmic innovations on board, magnifying the sound of the speakers, and in particular the brand’s traditional high-end speakers. ABYSS is a HiFi amplifier that integrates the best Cabasse acoustic innovation technologies and the amplification technologies used in the Pearl Pelegrina, the brand’s connected flagship for customised sound.

ABYSS allows you to listen to all your sources and music platforms in stereo and also integrates a TV socket, so you can experience every movie with incredible dynamics. The system is also inter-compatible with all other Cabasse connected systems for high-end sound throughout the home. Each user can group different systems and create zones to listen to all sources (Streaming, TV, Turntable etc..).

A sleek and stylish design with an intuitive LCD colour control screen

Available in a satin black aluminium finish, ABYSS is a compact stereo amplifier that fits into any interior. The front panel is equipped with an integrated touch-sensitive, upgradeable controller: a beautiful colour LCD video touchscreen with a volume control ring that allows you to easily change sources, add or change your favourite radio stations and adjust the volume. It also displays the album covers of the albums being played. Its interface will evolve with the system, as will the application.

Depending on your room, you can use the listening position setting

A setting that takes into account the listening position in the room to faithfully reproduce the music captured by the ear. 

For your preferences, use the DFE*

This setting allows you to find the balance of the original sound whether in-home music mode or evening mode at full volume. Signal processing algorithms optimise the power sent to each speaker in real-time, taking into account the listening level, spectral content and dynamics of the song.

Optimise your amplifier via patented DEAP*

Technology which ensures a perfect synergy between the amplification and the speaker characteristics. This technology enhances the performance of Cabasse loudspeakers through dynamic multi band signal processing with feedback loops that allows the full power of the available amplification to be used consistently. With this digital signal processing (DSP), Cabasse performs an average of more than 290 million operations per second after taking into account the user’s own settings.
